How To Create A Woodland Birthday Candle by Anita Scroggins

How To Create A Woodland Birthday Candle by Anita Scroggins | Rinea
Hi y'all, it's Anita from The Flamingo Chronicals sharing a project for an upcoming birthday party. My princess is having a woodland themed party this year and I am trying to get a head start on the decor.

I happened to have a few of these candles stuck in the back of the cabinet from a party a few years ago. They will be perfect for the party this fall. I dressed them up using the Pastels Foiled Paper Variety Pack and the Princess Foiled Paper Variety Pack. The colors are going to be perfect for her party.

These candles are about 10" tall and I love the wood look on them. I have several and I will be decorating each a little bit differently. For this one, I created a ring of flowers around the base. Using a variety of punches made this project super fun.

I used two sizes of a scalloped circle punch, a star punch, and a variety of punches for the leaves. The small pearl tipped pins were a final touch.

I have so many more decorations to go- but I think this candle is a great start.
