Wishing You A Merry Christmas by Ildi

Hello sweet crafty friends, it's Ildi here to show you a Christmas card using an oldie but goldie Bigz typewriter die.

It's always so much fun to find some old craft supplies while cleaning my desk and crafty corner. It's been ages since I last time used my Bigz dies, so I decided to try this old typewiter with a piece of black paper foil. After die-cutting I applied Ghost Ink onto the edges directly from the pad.

After gently removed the color here and there with a paper towel I clear heat embossed the entire die cut.

I also die cut some medium sized snowflakes from Lavender foil and dabbed them with Ghost ink to get a distress look.

I attached the central panel onto a piece of striped paper and added the snowflakes creating a diagonal design with them.

Finally attached a heat embossed sentiment and as a finishing touch I added some cute little hearts and a few rdops of black paint.
