Vintage Hollywood ATC
Hello, Betz here! When I made the 4th of July centerpiece, I had punched some stars with the scrap pieces of foiled paper.
I had this beautiful leftover scrap paper from a mini album my daughter had made and knew it needed to come together in an ATC card.

First, I layered three pieces of pattern paper. I added some black ribbon I had in my stash to the green pattern paper. Next, I placed to gold foiled stars on the ATC and placed the lady that my daughter cut out on them. I used pop dots on the two sapphire star struck stars and placed them to cover up the bottom of the lady. I added one gold star to the top of the blue stars. Finally, I finished off the card with three green enamel dots.
