Stamped Background Card by Martha

During this month we have a cross-promotion with Imagine and I have the pleasure to be part of both Design Teams so it's great for me to present to you this combination.

I am using Rinea Foiled Papers from the Autumn Foiled Paper Variety Pack but you can also get these colors of foiled paper as single products and make your own combination.

I stamped the sentiment Just for You from the Botanicals for You stamp set from Stampin Up (retired) over a piece of Marigold Starstruck Rinea Foiled Paper using StazOn Gothic Purple Ink from Imagine. I stamped the sentiment several times to have a great definition of the image. I used the Misti tool so I wouldn't have to move the paper or stamp.

If you noticed in the above photo, you can see the starstruck design inside of the ink, and in person, it is a fantastic effect.

Then in a separate piece of Starstruck Mocha Brown Rinea Foiled paper I stamped some of the flowers included on the same stamp set using the same color of ink and with a paintbrush and alcohol, I partially removed the color and design on the center of the flowers.

To finalize the card I resized the layers and pasted the Marigold Starstruck layer directly over a very vanilla card base and then added with dimensional or double-sided foam tape the Mocha Starstruck Rinea Foiled Paper and decorated the center of the flowers with pearls of different sizes.
