Snowflake or Star Decoration by Teresa

Hello everyone!

It's Teresa from Whimsical Card Studio and I want to share a fun project with you.  This technique is not hard to do and with the beautiful foiled papers, there are many, many possibilities.  If you are going for a holiday look, the colors I used are perfect for Christmas.  These could be used as a fancy package bow as well.  You can get one of these decorations out of one 6" x 12" sheet.  I created a video to show the process.
