Romantic pink card by Teresa

Hey everyone,

It's Teresa from Whimsical Card Studio with a sweet card for those "just because" moments.  This month we are featuring Joy Clair stamps along with Rinea's foiled papers and I must say they are a match made in heaven.  I couldn't resist using this swirly patterned floral stamp set.  Please keep reading for a step by step picture tutorial.

Step 1:  Stamped the main floral image onto the Fuschia/Gold Glossy foiled paper twice using Ghost ink (to remove the color) then fussy cut so I'd have two "corners" for my card

step 2:  Put some foam adhesive tape strips on the back of the stamped pieces from step 1

Step 3:  removed the tape liner, then secured each floral stamped "corner" on top of a 4.25" x 5.5" piece of the Blush Starstruck foiled paper.  I used Piano Black Staz On ink to stamp the heart images and jar onto the starstruck paper in the opposite corners.

Step 4:  Used an RV66 Copic marker to add color to the heart and jar images, then coated each with Nuvo Crystal Glaze to add more interest and dimension.  Set aside to dry

step 5:  Die cut an oval shape from vellum, stamped the sentiment, then glued as shown on the floral stamped pieces

Step 6:  Glue the panel to a darker piece of cardstock in a similar color to frame the panel.  Then add to a white cardstock card base.
