Hi everyone, Steph here with a Father's Day card and matching gift box.

Start by creating a card from black cardstock and  adhering a panel of corrugated paper on the card.  Using a MemoryBox Gears Frame, die cut Ebony/Gold Glossy Foiled Paper. Adhere the die cut panel to the corrugated panel.

To add additional emphasis, I added several wood gears about the card then added the stamped phrases down the center of the card.

To create the box, follow the directions on this post.   Cut Ebony/Gold Glossy Foiled Paper to fit each panel and use the Gold side for each panel.

Die cut the MemoryBox Gears Frame again then cut it apart and place it around the box.

This is a great way to use a larger die for a totally different effect.

Again, to coordinate with the card, add wood gears randomly about the box.  Fill the box with somthing special for Dad, then tie closed with twine.

I placed some favorite chocolates inside, but think about adding somet ickets to that concert he wants to go to or even a gift certificate to a favorite restaurant.
