Floral Card by Melinda
Hello Rinea friends!
Melinda here and today I am sharing a fun card I created with some of our beautiful foiled paper and some Cracker Box & Suzy Stamps!
My card starts with a plain kraft cardstock base. I then added a white cardstock mat, and to that, I added a mat of our Lavender/Gold Glossy foiled paper. I embossed it with one of my embossing folders to give it a fun floral background.
I then turned to the pretty Flowers In Vase Stamp by Cracker Box & Suzy Stamps and stamped it onto some Kraft cardstock. I colored it with my colored pencils and then added a few sequins. I cut out the image with my stitched scallop square die.
Next, I used some of the Blush Starstruck foiled paper and cut out a strip with one of my border punches. I then pleated the strip to create the pleated/ruffled border. I adhered that to my mat.
I finished off the border by wrapping it with some twine and adding a bow.
