Die-cut Mocha/Mocha Starstruck Foiled Paper, Marigold/Gold Glossy Foiled Paper, and Emerald/Emerald Starstruck Foiled Paper as shown. The foils cut beautifully even with the most intricate of dies.
Adhere all pieces to the gift bags.
Using the car stamp from the Joy Clair Friends and Flowers stamp set, color the images, fussy cut and add to the bags.
Fold the gift bags and punch holes in the tops. Thread twine and tie off. Using one of the phrases from the same stamp set, stamp it on a strip of Gold/Gold Glossy Foiled Paper and tie to the twine. Stamp GR8 on a scrap of foil and cut it to fit the license plates.
Add dew drops to the flower centers.
