DIY and Upgrade A Brown Paper Bag
Hello, this is Yolie and today I will show how to give a brown paper bag a makeover easily. I'm always inspired to take an everyday brown bag and decorate it into a beautiful gift bag. Below is the list of supplies you'll need to recreate it, so let's get started.
Supplies:
- Rinea Gold/Gold Glossy Foiled Paper - Crafter's Pack
- Petaloo™ 24pc Blue Cherry Blossom
- Flower dies
- Manual die cutting machine
- 12" paper trimmer
- (2) 12" x 12" pattern paper
- (1) Cut out sheet with sentiments
- Hot glue
- Tape runner
- Rhinestones
Use hot glue to assemble the layers of the flower, curl the petals with your fingers and add a rhinestone to the center.
Trim the blue denim paper to cover all or part of the front of the bag. Cut the yellow pattern paper to create a banner. I love the cutout sentiment "dream big." The outlined flower resembles the gold flower I made. Using the tape runner, adhere the papers to the front of the bag.
Add hot glue to the back side of Rinea Gold Foiled flower and placed on the top edge of the bag. Next, gather the Petaloo™ Cherry Blossoms and scatter them throughout.
The final touch, add the rhinestones among the Cherry Blossoms. The Gold/Gold Glossy Foiled Paper is gorgeous! I love how the flower turned out.
I hope you enjoyed my project today.
Thank you for visiting and happy crafting.
