Colorful birthday background die card by Teresa

Hello Rinea fans!

It's Teresa here from Whimsical Card Studio with a colorful, yet simple to make card.  This is my second project in collaboration with Poppystamps.com.  This background die was used on the newly released Arctic Starstruck Foiled Paper from Rinea to create a panel for my card.  

After die cutting the paper, I flipped it over - sprayed some adhesive on the back, then placed small pieces of different colors of foiled papers behind each word in the background.  This is what it looked like after gluing down all the pieces on the back side.

Once this was done, the only thing left was to glue this panel onto a card base.  Super quick and perfect for using up small scraps as well as when you don't have a lot of time to put into making a card.
