Coffee Themed Card by Martha Lucia
Hi friends, Martha Lucia up today!
I have a coffee lover card with Rinea Foiled Papers. The foiled papers offer us amazing colors and textures that made our card realty specials.
One of the techniques that I love to use with Foiled paper is die cutting, because I can use the foiled paper plain or mold it with my hands to create more dimension. The base of this card is Pool Party card stock and then I added a second layer using Ebony/Gold Glossy Foiled paper. This layer, also gave me the tiny border that I used to add on the sides of the third layer that is the decorated layer of the card. I cut that with a diagonal stitched cover plate die cut.
I also cut several flowers using the Floral Foiled Paper Variety Pack. This is one of my favorites packages because the colors are perfect for spring and summer creations. I cut a coffee cup using the Jade/Gold Glossy Foiled Paper and behind and to enhance the design I paste a tiny piece of Ruby/Gold Glossy Foiled paper, that is included on the Floral Foiled Variety Pack.
Then I arranged all the pieces, pasted some with glue dots and others with double sided foam tape to have different highs in my design. As final touch, I added some Emerald/Gold Glossy Foiled paper leaves that I distressed with a sand paper, added a tiny spoon in Silver/Gold Glossy Foiled Paper and the sentiment from the stamp set Perfectly Blended from The Rabbit Hole Designs.
The magic of the Rinea Foiled Paper is that you can use it on the same way that you use your regular cardstock but the Rinea Foiled Paper add an extraordinary touch to all your designs.
I am participating of the Spring and Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop 2019 with this card.
See you soon!
