Charming Leprechaun Hat Card by Teresa

Hello everyone,

It's Teresa with Whimsical Card Studio sharing a fun card for St. Patrick's Day.  I was looking for something a little different and found a great SVG file on Etsy to use for this design along with four colors of our foiled papers.   Here it is:

Here is my step by step picture tutorial showing how the SVG pieces fit together

These are the pieces after being die cut on my electronic die cutting machine before I glued them on the white card panel.  I cut the white card panel to 4" x 5.25" before gluing down on a black card base, sized 4.25" x 5.5".

The foiled papers I used include:

Main hat color:  Emerald/Gold glossy foiled paper

Buckle:  Gold/Gold glossy foiled paper

Band:  Ebony/Gold glossy foiled paper

Shamrock:  Emerald/Emerald Starstruck foiled paper

Above is where I glued the 3 Emerald/Gold glossy pieces

Then I added the shamrock and the first two pieces of the band

I finished it off by adding the gold buckle and the ebony piece in the center to complete the die-cut image.  I then stamped my sentiment at the bottom.

That's all there is to it.
